The travel offer always includes one ticket of the basic category. Depending on a particular game and availability, the seat is usually behind the goal. For a surcharge, which we announce in the basic offer or in the further communication, we can secure you higher ticket category for your selected play.
We guarantee that you have at least two people in the stadium and that in the vast majority of cases they all sit together. All tickets refer to the home team area. You therefore do NOT have to be dressed in the colors of the away team.
When do you get the tickets – and will they be sent to you by mail?
It always depends on a particular game or a journey. You will normally receive the tickets from our colleague delegate upon arrival or at the hotel reception when you arrive at the hotel. Ask for the tickets at check-in.
Unfortunately, it is usually impossible to send tickets home by post, as the clubs often provide them a few days before the match. It could also be that you get an e-ticket or a mobile ticket.
Here you will find the description of the ticket types and the shipping options:
- Membership / Season card (often used in the Premier League): This is a plastic ticket used for several games during the season. Must therefore be returned after the game! In connection with this ticket you will always find a letter with the seat details and instructions for returning the tickets after the match. Please note that the name on the ticket is the name of the original owner and therefore does not match the name of the traveler.
Shipping: The membership / season tickets will be delivered to your hotel no later than the day before the match or will be ready for pick-up at a central location near the stadium on match day. The delivery depends on whether the hotel accepts the post. Please note
That we always do our best to facilitate the delivery to your hotel but can not always arrange this 100%! - Paper Ticket: This is a paper ticket that gives you access to the stadium. The original name and the price on the ticket may differ from the price paid and the person participating in the journey. Paper tickets are used only once and do not have to be returned after the game. Please note that the name on the ticket is the name of the original owner and therefore does not match the name of the traveler.
Shipping: Paper tickets will be delivered to your hotel no later than the day before the match, or will be ready for pick-up at a central location near the stadium on match day. The delivery depends on whether the hotel accepts the post. Please note that we always do our best to allow delivery to your hotel, but can not always arrange this 100%! - E-Ticket: This is an electronic ticket sent to you by e-mail during the week of the game. Make sure you have pre-printed this ticket to avoid gate problems. Please note that the name on the ticket is the name of the original owner and therefore does not match the name of the traveler.
- Mobile Ticket: This is an electronic ticket that needs to be opened and scanned on your phone to gain access to the stadium. These tickets will be sent by e-mail during the week of the match. The e-mail always includes a guide letter describing how to open the ticket on your mobile device. Please note that the name on the ticket is the name of the original owner and therefore does not match the name of the traveler.
