It always depends on a particular game or a journey. For most cases, you will receive the tickets at the hotel reception upon check-in. Ask for the tickets at check-in. It is the proven and safest way to hand over tickets to customers. In some cases, we already have tickets in our office a few days before the match. Unfortunately, it is usually impossible to send tickets to you by mail long in advance, as the clubs often provide them a few days before the match.

We guarantee that you have at least two people seated next to each other in the stadium, and most of them all together. All tickets refer to the home team. Therefore, they do not have to be dressed in the colors of the away team.
